The North Face commissioned SCP to chart the story of their international athlete team, as they took on the famously gruelling 100km Maclehose mountain trail race in Hong Kong’s New Territories.

Wulong Mountain Quest celebrated it’s tenth anniversary in 2012, and SCP was invited by the Chongqing government to capture all the action on film. The race provided another great chance to showcase our remote-controlled helicopter camera work, and to shoot some epic adventure sport in stunning scenery. Highlights from the race will be broadcast internationally on The Outdoor Channel.

The Biggest Prize-Money Adventure Race in the World.

The Ordos Adventure Challenge launched in style in 2012 with top teams from around the world coming to Inner Mongolia to compete for the big prize pot. SCP was invited by the Chinese government’s top Olympic sports body to film the race, and produce a 30 minute documentary feature for international broadcast on The Outdoor Channel. From the searing heat of the desert, to the vast expanse of the Mongolian grasslands, the SCP team charted all the action from the ground, and from the air with our remote-controlled helicopter film team.

Launch of Asia’s first PRO Road Cycling team

World-leading custom apparel company, Champion System, has created international cycling history by launching the first UCI professional road team based in Asia. SCP was commissioned to film the launch in Beijing and Hong Kong, as well as, shoot the first training sessions of the team in Hainan Island, PRC. A highlight video from the historic two weeks was produced soon after for worldwide media distribution. SCP is proud to have been the production house chosen to document this exciting moment in Asia’s rise globally in the sport of cycling.
